Faseworld, better known as Fase, emerged from the gritty streets of Brooklyn's East New York, where his early life was deeply intertwined with the crack epidemic. Growing up amidst poverty, violence, and gang influence, music became his sanctuary. He filled notebooks with rhymes and poetry, eventually forming a group managed by his stepfather. The group achieved quick success landing on a local tv show to performance and shortly after, Fase returned to the streets, uncertain that a life beyond the concrete jungle could exist. A turning point came with a near-fatal experience witnessing his friend’s murder, pushing him toward change.
After high school, Fase chose a new path and enlisted in the U.S. Navy. This decision afforded him a view beyond New York and introduced him to life's broader possibilities. Even while serving, he nurtured his passion for music. His background helped him thrive in the military, where his commendable work ethic did not go unnoticed. This period taught him to savor life's singular journey by doing what he loves most. Shortly after returning home from combat consequently, Fase decided to leave the military and dive headfirst into an entertainment career.
Faseworld is a formidable force in the independent music scene, mixing hip hop, trap, and storytelling into a unique blend. With over 1 million streams on platforms like Spotify, iTunes, and YouTube, he's crafted a niche all his own. His accolades include various underground awards and features on ABC 7 News, national billboards, Kazi Magazine, DJ Smallz Eyes, and Off the Porch. Under the name Fase, he's released four albums: "Fasebook the Story," "Naked Truth," "Money Over Matter," and "Heart Strings," followed by “Rise of Faseworld” under his new alias.
Setting his sights on further success, Faseworld is dedicated to a long-term presence in the music industry, emphasizing sustained progress and legacy-building. His defiance against naysayers is emblematic of his spirit.
Beyond music, Faseworld embodies the "buy back the block" ethos through his entrepreneurial endeavors. He owns Dream House Studios and Bliss Beauty Supply in Stockbridge, GA, along with two U-Haul franchises. He also founded the rap battle league DHBL and has recently penned his first movie script, with casting set to commence in 2026
